Dallas, Texas – August 31, 2014 

REM Finance bought the 312 unit Sweetwater Ranch Apartments in Richardson.  REM plans to fully renovate the property by upgrading unit interiors and updating the common areas.

REM Finance is a privately held real estate investment company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. REM is actively seeking additional value-add apartment acquisition opportunities throughout the southern US.
