REM Finance acquires a 1,264 units in DFW

Dallas, Texas – March 26, 2015 

REM Finance purchased three properties totaling 1,264 units in Dallas/Fort Worth.  The acquisition included Copper Crossing in Benbrook, Estrada Oaks in Irving, and Sutter Creek in Arlington.

REM Finance is a privately held real estate investment company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. REM is actively seeking additional value-add apartment acquisition opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
