History

Founded in 1997 as a Family Office for the Ruimy Family, REM Multifamily (“REM”) has been actively engaged in commercial real estate financing, development, acquisitions and management throughout the United States. Currently REM Multifamily has over $300 million in real estate holdings across five States under management.
